YEAR 2010: My New Years Resolution

Pagsapit ng bagong taon nakagawian na nating gumawa ng ating New Years Resolution. Inilalagay natin dito ang lahat ng mga bagay na gusto nating baguhin o gawin. Kung ang iba ganyan ang ginagawa, ako naman ay iba, wala akong babaguhin sa aking sarili at yan ang aking New Years Resolution. Gusto kong manatiling Simple at mapagkumbaba. Ikaw? May New Years Resolution ka rin ba? Sana ito ay maisakatuparan mo.

MANNY PACQUIAO USES PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT DRUG?

Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Sr. accused Manny Pacquiao in using performance enhancement drug before his fight. Actually, it is not true and they have no solid basis. They must show their evidences if it is true. They must not talk in public by disseminating false information. Don’t smirch the good name of Manny Pacquiao. He’s not doing wrong with you. He’s only fighting for his family and his beloved nation. In addition, He’s truly a great fighter.
Don’t make excused Floyd Jr. in order to discontinue your fight with Manny. If you really wanted to fight Manny Pacquiao, then go on and proved who the real king in the ring is.
I am a big fan of this two great fighters and I want their fight to proceed. I want to see the fight of the century. I want to witness the historical fight that most awaited by everyone around the globe.
Lastly, I want Manny Pacquiao to win.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Thesis Namin

Many days and night na nag-iisip ako ng maaari kong gawing thesis. Its so hard talaga to think what is the right thesis for me. Our teachers in Project Design group us into three. Masaya naman ako sa result ng groupings because I know that my two group mates are responsible enough to do our thesis especially our documentation. I told them na gusto kong gawin yong TCA ROTC System as our thesis. Pumayag naman sila at hindi sila nag-alinlangan. Our plan was to include Bar code scanner sa system at dagdagan pa ang features nito. Actually, TCA ROTC System is my project in Database Management System and I want to complete and improve it. Sa system na iyon, naroon na yong Registration, Attendance at computation of grades ng student. May MS Agent narin iyon, Flash animations at iba pa.
We as a group are confident enough to present our title proposal to our teacher. Suddenly, noong nag-pa approve na kami ay hindi ito tinanggap. Sabi ng teacher namin ay madali lang ito. We don’t anticipate it, pero ayos lang iyon dahil alam ko naman na talagang madali. Days has been passed by and we as a group decided to create the Cindys Billing and Inventory System. Noong nagpa-check na naman kami, our teacher told us to integrate the POS (Point of Sale) of the company. Approve na kaso integrate naming iyong POS ng Cindys. The main problem is that kapag iba yong ginamit nilang software sa paggawa ng POS nila sa gagamitin naming ay talagang mahihirapan kami. Isa pa ay kung papaano e-coconect yong system naming sa system nila.
Haay! Ganito pala kahirap ang mag thesis. Title proposal palang dadaan pa kami sa butas ng karayom. Wala na talaga akong maisip na thesis. I said to my colleagues na mag-isip din sila ng puwedi naming gawing thesis. Naalala ko yong wifi device na gawa sa pringles, naisip ko rin na e-thesis yon kaso masyadong madali. Baka hindi rin payagan ng teacher naming at talagang problemado kami sa araw na iyon. Biglang pumasok sa isipan ko yong sinasabi ng teacher namin na Payroll System ng Mangatarem National High School. Our teacher said that the School needed payroll system and they are ready to buy it. Agad kaming gumawa ng title proposal namin at ipina-check sa aming teacher. Agad naman kaming pinayagan ng aming teacher na gawin yong Payroll System. Mahirap din ito dahil gagamit kami ng PHP at MySQL. Gusto daw kasi ng school na Online yong payroll nila. Our teacher gave us the contact # of the person who opened up the problem of the School regarding their Payroll System. Para akong nabunutan ng tinik at excited narin akong gawin yong thesis namin.
Nag-set na kami ng Date upang mag-inerview at noong naroon na kami ay hinanap namin si Sir Galano, our contact person that our teacher gave to us. Noong na meet na namin si Sir Galano, he confirmed that their school needed a Payroll System. He added that they wanted a LAN Based payroll System at hindi online yong ipapagawa nila. Sabi ni Sir Galano ay bumalik nalang kami the next day dahil wala yong principal. Two days latter, we texted Sir Galano to interview him again. Noong naroon na kami, sir Galano together with sir Jess, the programmer of the school accompanied us to go in the principals office. When we are there, the principal clarified that they will be using ATM card on 2010 to get their salary, so the Payrol system that we will create will be set aside. Nabigla ako at naguguluhan dahil hindi namin inaasahan na mangyayari iyon. Back to zero na naman kami and we will create again our title proposal. Nakasimula na akong mag-gather ng data about sa gagawin naming system. Nakasimula narin akong gumawa ng Prototype ng aming system.
Haay! Sumakit na namn ang ulo ko noong nalaman ko iyon. Noong naroon kami ay sinabi ng principal na pangarap nilang magkaroon ng website and they wanted also to have an Information System. Gahol na kami sa panahon upang mag-isip pa ng thesis namin kaya we concorded to create the information system of the school. Sir Jess said that he will help us if we needed assistance in creating the system. He demonstrated to us the flow of the system they wanted us to make. Kaylangan daw magkaroon kami ng “Defense” doon upang maipaliwanag to them the process of the system. Sabi namin sa kanila na baka sa February kami magiging rady sa defense namin.
Noong nasa school na kami (TCA) sinabi namin kanila Vincent na kaylangan ng Mangatarem NHS ng website at kinuha na nila yong contact # ni sir Galano sa amin upang gawin yong website ng school as their thesis. Sinabi namin sa aming teacher yong nangyari at pinayagan niya kaming gawin ang Information System ng Mangatarem National High School.
I HOPE matapos namin ito at sanay makapasa kami sa aming subject na Project Design. I HOPE na magawa naming ng tama an aming documentation and especially yong system namin.

SO Night (Tarlac College of Agriculture)


Student Organization Night of Tarlac College of Agriculture was slated on the Evening of December 18 2009. Numerous students attend the said event and many contestants joined the SO Contest which made the SO Night more exciting and stimulating. The SO contests were as follows: Christmas Jingle, Battle of the Band and TCA Got Talent.
All the Institutes present their entry in Christmas Jingle and the contestant showcase their talents in singing and dancing. It’s very colorful and lively wherein many participants were prepared in their Christmas Jingle. Actually, I really like the performance of the Institute of Education even though I’m from the Institute of Engineering. I like the way they sing and dance, lalo na yong performance nang dalawang kasama namin sa SSC..hehe. The Night become more captivating when the Battle of the Band Started. Almost all contestants were good and zippy. They showed up what they’ve got. Na- realized ko, marami palang may talent sa TCA. Lalong-lalo na yong mga nag-perform sa TCA Got Talent. Nagising ang lahat sa pag perform ng tatlong GAYS dahil yong isa sa kanila ginaya si Many Pacquiao, Anabel Rama, Ruffa Mae Quinto at Aling Dionisia. Kuhang -kuha nga niya ang expressions ng mga artistang yon. Nakakatawa talaga sila, saying wala akong video recorder,upload ko sana sa YouTube.
I really enjoyed the SO Night and I think nag-enjoy then lahat ng pumunta. Siguro masasayangan yong mga hindi nanood na TCAian. Mas masaya ngayon compared sa nakaraang SO night. Actually, hindi pa tapos ang program eh umuwi na ako dahil aalis na yong sasakyan namin. Ayaw ko naman magpa iwan dahil wala na akong masasakyan. Hindi nga ako nakapagpaalam sa ibang mga kasama ko sa SSC lalo na kay President.
Malapit na pala akong mag-graduate at mami-miss ko ang mga ganitong okasyon. Hindi nga ako nakapunta sa Socialization Night namin kaya pinilit kong makapunta sa SO Night. Parang ayaw ko pang mag-graduate dahil gusto ko pang mag-aral and enjoy the life of a student. Syempre kapag graduate ka na panay trabaho na lang ang aatupagin mo. Totoo nga ang kasabihang may katapusan ang lahat ng bagay ditto sa mundo. I HOPE mas ma-enjoy ko pa ang life after I graduate.

MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE

I condemn those people who are responsible for the barbaric crime that brings huge sadness to the whole country. I'd like to express my rage to those people who knows that justice is in their own hands. I'd like them to suffer the agony that the victims of the massacre felt. I'd like them to see behind bars. I hope that the victims will rest in peace if all the suspects involve in the crime will be arrested. I hope that the freedom of the press will not be hinder. I hope that the family of the victims will have a brighter tomorrow eventhough they are facing these tribulation in their life. I know that God have a purpose. I know that HE will never abandoned us and i know that Justice will always prevail.

G-Force(TCA Cruel Love)

Our Short Movie entitled TCA Cruel Love is already uploaded in YouTube.com. The cast are Jomelyn Bantoc, Felix Ramiscal and yours truly. Ako yong kontrabida doon at aagawin ko si Jomelyn kay felix. Actually, may "powers" kami ni felix at sa kalagitnaan ng movie ay maghaharap kami.Panoorin niyo nalang para malaman niyo ang buong story. I edited the movie almost one week, yong mga sound effects and animation. Ipinapahiram naman ni felix yong lap top niya if i am in the school tapos if nasa bahay ako ginagamit ko naman yong PC ko.Project kasi naman ito sa multimedia kay sir Yasay. Simple lang yong mga effects kasi I have no time to make it perfect, one week lang yong preparation namin. Sana mapanood niyo itong short movie namin.I hope you will enjoy it.

Philippines automation election

For the first time in Philippines history, the automation election will be implemented in the approaching presidential election. Many voters are happy but some are not. The traditional politician who are cheating in the manual process of election are not happy.They are doing something to stop the automation election just to win an unfair fight between them and their opponents in politics. God sees them and the filipino people knows who they are.the automation election will ensure a speedy, orderly and clean process of election results and also minimizes electoral fraud. If it will happens, Election 2010 will mark a new beginning and HOPE for Philippine politics.

Rising Again from the disastrous storm Ondoy

Many lives were killed and lots of infrastructures was destroyed. It has brought a trauma to all the victims and lost hope to the family of the killed victims. Like they said, "if there is life there is hope". I created this site to give hope to all the people who are depressed and lost their way. I hope that they can rise again. Eventhough life for them nowadays is very hard, i know they can surpassed these challenge by the help of God. HE don't give us problem if we can not solve. Life is short. We must move on and forget the past. Lets start again for the betterment of our lives.

Help the victims of Typhoon Ondoy in the Philippines

Typhoon Ondoy Brought huge disaster in the Philippines last September 26 2009. Many families were displaced and many lives were loss. Around 250 were dead and expected to increase because many were still missing.


The government and NGO are doing its best to help but its not enough. Many were still in need and they are hoping that they can get donations. They are very helpless and they need your help. Please help the victims of the typhoon Ondoy. The basic needs of human(food shelter and clothing) were none to many families. Story of Hope

My cousin's cancer experience has brought me much hope since I was diagnosed in 1993. I hope this story will bring all who read it as much hope as it has brought me.

"A STORY OF HOPE"

When you are diagnosed with cancer, you go through a myriad of feelings, am I going to live, how long will I live, how bad is it and the list goes on and on. A year before I was diagnosed my mother-in-law had succumbed to breast cancer after battling it for a year. My aunt on my mother's side had been diagnosed a few years before but suffered no ill effects and succumbed from Parkinson's disease and not cancer.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1993, then my mother's other sister was diagnosed and then my brother's wife was diagnosed. It was like breast cancer had invaded every aspect of my life. So many thoughts went through my head. I also wondered how could this be, was there any more of it in our family that I did not know about.

Yes, there was, I found out as I began talking with my mother. My maternal great-grandmother had died of breast cancer in the late 1800's before there was much known about cancer at all, much less breast cancer. I found out about other cousins on my mother's side of the family that had also been through the breast cancer experience, one of which was 16 years old at the time but it did not defeat her as she is in her seventies now. But there is one cousin whose story has brought me more hope and inspiration than I can ever imagine for hers is truly what I call a "story of hope". Emma was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 33 years old. The cancer was in one of her lymph glands, which resulted in a very radical mastectomy. "There was no chemotherapy back then, only the knife," she said. Talking about her cancer is not something that comes easily for her.

"A long time ago people were ashamed," she says. Which is why she said most people died because they "waited too late." Emma said, "I can remember when I went into surgery, there were so many young doctors there to watch the operation." The doctors told her that she was cut so terribly that she was in the hospital for six weeks.

After she had the surgery, there were no follow-up treatments, only a few x-rays. "I didn't heal for eight months and I finally had to go to New Orleans. I could not do anything with my arm. I had it strapped down to my side but it didn't bother me," she says. Emma would not believe the doctors when they told her she would not be able to use her arm again,so she began to exercise the arm herself (and this was long before we had Reach to Recovery volunteers to tell us to exercise our arms).

Her husband helped her to raise her arm every day and she eventually regained use of it. After Emma had the first cancer, another cancer was found in her remaining breast, and she had to have a second mastectomy. So then she had to go through all the fears of cancer again. Some years later her husband died and she was left to raise their sons all alone. Emma has done a little bit of everything from working in the fields, helping run the dairy farm that they owned and finally teaching 4th grade for 40 years. Cancer never got in her way. Emma says that she had an aunt die of cancer and credits that for saving her own life. The aunt that she speaks of is my great-grandmother whom I spoke of earlier in this article. There have been other cancer survivors in her immediate family since. Her granddaughter was a survivor of over 20 years and also two great-granddaughters who have survived melanoma and Hodgkins disease. I am sure her story has given them much hope too. "I know science will find a cure someday" she has said.

Emma is the one that keeps me hopeful year after year since my diagnosis. For what I have saved till now is truly the best part of the story for Emma was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 33 in 1928 and today in 2001, Emma is 106 years of age and a 73-year Breast Cancer Survivor.

A story of hope? Yes, I would say so, wouldn't you?

UPDATE TO MY STORY OF HOPE: On September 17, 2001, Emma died at the age of 106 and 4 1/2 months. She was ready to go and did not suffer, she just slipped quietly away. Yes, Emma is gone now, but she will continue to be my hope for the future for all my days. Emma has now become an Angel of Hope for all breast cancer survivors. May she rest in eternal peace.
